When you've got a block of time ahead of you, it's tempting to procrastinate. We've got a lockdown period in New Zealand of a minimum of four weeks and my first thought was 'Netflix!' But I'd really love to tick some of those jobs off my To-Do List that have been sitting there for months. So I've created a simple To-Do List template that you can print and use for free while we have oodles of time to fill.

28 Days to a New Habit?
It's been shown that it takes at least 21 days to create a new habit, so I'd like to challenge you to take the 28 Day New Habit Challenge while you're in lockdown. Just complete a task at least 28 times (once-a-day) over the next month and you should have a brand new habit under your belt. Just make sure it's a habit that's worth hanging on to ;-)
